A landscape of the sensory imagination and based upon the context and surrounding landscape of Biella in which it was created. Made over a week, carved out of the food waste, which was collected from people who ate at the Fondazione as well as out of the remains thrown away by the glocal restaurant of the Fondazione, a way to make visible what we discard, and to reflect upon the land from which the food came and to which it returns.
